I notice that there are some who still visit here now and then. This is just to let you know that the last day for this forum is SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30.
On SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1 the new forum will go online. Time to streamline.
So if there are any links, text or anything you wish to save then do it before then.
I'm not sure if the new forum will have the same link but just go to the main Sitesetis.com page and you'll see a link there.
It's been a rough ride for the past few years and when things fall off the horse, the car, or the spaceship, sometimes it's best just to keep going — less existential weight to deal with.
For the time being you can read the postings thus far. 'Open Road' will more than likely remain as a main section. If I get really frisky with the minimalism I may even condense much of the content into a PDF(s) simply 'for the record'.
I've renewed the Sitesetis domain name so that will be around for some time in one form or another.
Overall, my attention is shifting from the effort of engaging others to more of an engagement with myself. Yes, it may sound selfish but after decades of experience manning a lighthouse it's actually refreshing to meditate on a personal campfire under the twilight and night skies of the desert. Personally, I think it will make for better expressions and ones less concerned about interpretations from peripheries that are searching for their own bearings. Sounds healthy to me.
Update: Had to remove email address since spammers have been using it in their continuing delusion that it will bring them riches.
If you need to post a question or comment then just do so in the 'Open Road - for Non-Registered Guests' section.
